
Terms And Conditions
By booking a Dubsado Support Call with The Freedom Creative, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
SERVICE OVERVIEW: The Dubsado Support Call is a 60 minute Google Meets session designed to provide strategic guidance, troubleshooting and support related to Dubsado systems and client processes.
This service is intended for advice, clarity and feedback only and does not include:

full workflow mapping
-
live workflow builds
-
done foryou implementation
-
ongoing support outside of the booked session unless otherwise agreed
PAYMENT: Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your session.
No work or support will be provided before payment has been made.
REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of this service and the time reserved specifically for your session, all bookings are non-refundable.
RESCHEDULING: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your call.
Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.
If you fail to attend the session without notice, the session will be marked as a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
CLIENT RESONSIBILITY: To get the most out of the session, clients are responsible for:

attending the call on time

providing accurate information about their business and setup

completing any pre-call forms or questionnaires where applicable
Results from the session will depend on the information provided and the implementation carried out after the call.
SESSION RECORDING: A recording of the Google Meets session will be provided after the call.
The recording is for personal business use only and may not be shared, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
SUPPORT: Support provided during the session is based on the information available at the time of the call and recommendations are given in good faith based on experience and expertise.
The Freedom Creative is not responsible for platform changes, third-party integrations, technical issues outside of its control, or outcomes resulting from implementation decisions made after the session.
COMMUNICATION: All communication before and after the session will take place via email unless otherwise agreed.
CONFIDENTIALITY: Any business information shared during the session will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through an announcement on the booking platform.
By booking a Dubsado Support Call, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
